I am a Leadership Coach and Owner of Growing Forward. Currently, I am the Leadership Coach for Calvary Christian School where I lead workshops, training & provide individual coaching for the staff. In 2008, I was a Performance Coach at Coast Produce, a mid-sized produce consolidation company, where I increased productivity levels of the Gen X & Gen Y workers through individual coaching and monthly leadership workshops.
