As a life-coach I’m helping people reach their goals in various aspects of their lives by providing them the tools to listen to their inner self and find out what it is they really really want and then – go and get it!
In the coaching process we first define your goals as specific as possible, while working on knowing your strengths, and believing in yourself. Then you work on building a work-plan, with specific goals and values. The process is an active one. We define assignments which you do from session to session, to help you move forward towards your goal. If you are ready for a significant change in your life – come and do it!

Experience & Qualifications

In the past year I have been successfully coaching singles and groups, helping them to define exactly what they want and actively achieve it.
I have coached various targets: opening new business, developing existing business, improving executives’ performance, building self-esteem, improving interpersonal communication skills, improving couples and family relationships.
I have developed a group coaching program for the purpose of helping unemployed and unskilled women to change their view on life and their capabilities. The program achieved great success in several social centres in Israel, and as a result most of the women began studying, went back to work, and even starting their own businesses.
In the last 8 years I have gained vast multi disciplinary experience working in various roles for international leading technology enterprises around the world, such as Intel, Applied Materials and Coherent, and several small Start-ups.
Beginning my career journey at technical fields, going through professional support and marketing positions, working along with hundreds of people, has provided me a panoramic view of the working environment, top to bottom. On many occasions I had the opportunity to solve personal and managerial dilemmas for colleagues, partners and friends. The wish to maximize my potential and live a satisfying and fulfilling life, has lead me to grow in my career and become a life-coach. I have studied coaching in Israel’s most prestigious Academy – CoachMe Academy, and attended various enlightening seminars by international coaches as Bob Proctor and John Assaraf.
Integrating it all together – my work experience, people skills and intuition – provides me a real gift as a life coach.
