I have had a passion for running for forty years. I have competed in many races, won many. I have run 56 marathons and coached many runners. I have coached one national running champ and 3 state champions. I have set many personal goals in running and achieved most all of them. Best personal times marathon 2:34, half 1:12, 5 miles 25:50, mile 4:46 ,half-mile 2:06, 40 year old half mile 2:10. I had completed a training "streak" of 24 years without missing a day for injury or burn out.
