My business name is confident Queen. I am a life coach and inspirational speaker, and for the last 10 years, I have been helping people to develop their self esteem and confidence. I trained with the Life coaching academy and Home learning college. I am a licensed coach.

Over the last 10 years i have coached a number of individuals to be more confident and develope thier self esteem.
After my divorce, I also suffered from low self esteem and confidence as I had allowed the negative words of one individual to drag me down and take the smile of my face and for a while I could not look at myself in the mirror.
For a period I became depressed and even though I had a strong faith and had family and friend s to support me, I felt a failure. To the world I appeared Ok, but when I would go home and the children were asleep I would pray and just cry as I felt there was no way out.
Things changed when one day gain I had a dream where I was a bird locked in a cage trying to get out. I then saw in my dream a big hand open the bird cage and saying to me you are free, fly as high as you can” when I woke up, I was overwhelmed and I thank God because it was the beginning of my journey to get help.
I did training to become a life coach and then decided to use my life experiences and training to help people be more confident in themselves and be the best they can.
I have been featured on BBC1 with Jamela the R & B singer talking about my life experiences and how I am helping others to be more confident, I also did a film for department of children and families to help parents to be confident and seek advice from various agencies.
I have developed a fun confidence song and dance routine which was filmed as part of the BBC programme Genius.
I have also been interviewed in a number of Radio stations as well as having articles about me in various publications.
My new business “Confident Queen was selected as one of the Top 100 businesses the Barclays Bank Trading Places award. The Awards recognise individuals with an inspiring story to tell and whose grit and determination has turned tragedy into triumph
