LivePerson’s Engagement Platform Wins Big in the Peer-Reviewed CODiE Awards

The SIIA CODiE Awards has recognized excellence in the software and information industry for the past 30 years. LivePerson is no stranger to the program, and we’ve been fortunate enough to bring home a few pieces of CODiE hardware. This one, however, is something special. We’re excited to share that our platform, LiveEngage, won for best sales and marketing mobile application!

The judges reached this decision after an in-depth analysis of the category, which awards the best mobile application for empowering sales and marketing professionals with the data, insights, and analytics that drive business development and target prospects.

Why is this so important? LiveEngage — our state-of-the-art messaging platform enabling more meaningful connections between brand and consumers — is fully prepped for mobile (both Android and iOS). And it’s at the right time, too: “Omnichannel” is a thing of the past, and customers have a laser-like focus on mobile. It’s how they already communicate with friends and family, and it’s how they expect to connect with brands.
