The best way to describe my talent would be to categorize as a problem solver and efficiency expert in business operations. The problem with business today is simply poor management. I have always ran a tight ship. Its not rocket science, but it does take effort along with knowledge to operate at the most efficient level.

Experience & Qualifications

Born and raised on a family farm in Northeast Arkansas, my experience started at an early age. I began working the fields at the age of 12. As I progressed my responsibilities increased. By the age of 16 our family corporation had expanded to 10,000 acres plus of row crop farming. Along with the row crop, we became involved in fish farming in mid 1960. My Dad and I became pioneers in pond raised fish in the Southern United States. After the corporation was de-solved in 1979, I moved to retail and restaurant management. In 1989 I became involved in the area of manufacturing where I retired in 2008.
