My Expert Service
|
|
Before you sign a contract, have an attorney with over 20 years of business and real estate experience, review vital terms of your contract.
Clarify any misunderstandings and make sure the language in the contract reflects your understanding of the terms before you sign the contract.
That way you can:
* Avoid a lawsuit or even a threat of one.
* Have your contracts written in simple language.
* Have both parties understand their duties and obligations.
* Focus on growing your business.
Because I’m licensed as an attorney in California, if I receive a call regarding contracts outside of California, I can only provide general information, and not legal advice.
Contact me today, as I'll be happy to help you.

Experience & Qualifications
|
|
As editor of my school’s law review, I learned to pay attention to details of articles before they were published. I transferred that attention to details in contracts to make sure there are no loopholes or uncertainties as to what the parties of the contract are expected to do.
While working in a law firm specializing in real estate for several years, I gained experience in reviewing real estate and land use documents. I have been in solo practice for nearly 20 years and have worked with clients reviewing their contracts related to leases, purchase and sell agreements, consulting services, confidentiality agreements, and others.
I have an excellent sense of what is practical and workable for clients to commit to in agreements.
