Starting at age 12 in my Grandma's kitchen.... a chef was born. I then went to culinary school upon 12th grade compeletion. And worked in the industry for years after. Taking on many apprentices over the years. Then one day it occured to me that I had totally forgotten my goal since I was like 6.... to be a teacher. Could I change? Well, I could, but there is this little thing with in all chefs...this is the love of food, and no matter, how fast we run it wont go away... so I decided to combine the two... Off to school I go, I now aquire my Bachelor of Education. So now I teach and turn out 12 chefs a year, and apprentice many more. So prehaps I can help you?
