Experience & Qualifications
|
Cosmin is the Founder of Synergis Counseling and Psychotehrapy and a graduate of San Francisco's California Institute of Integral Studies.
He also holds a medical degree in General Medicine, obtained in Timisoara, Romania. He is double licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California
and New York and he completed the Advanced Training in Structural Therapy with couples and families at Minuchin Center for the Family, with teachers who
included the Structural Family Therapy founder, Dr. Salvador Minuchin, MD, and
Ema Genijovich, Lic, Director of Education at Minuchin Center.
Cosmin uses a systemic structural and Bowenian framework, within which he
brings elements from existential and creative arts therapy, cognitive behavioral
and narrative therapy.
