I've been a vegetarian for over twenty years and have three years of experience working in the area of raw-foods recipe development and preparation. Simple, nutritious meals, with fresh ingredients, ethnic vegetarian recipes, making and using meat substitutes,also including dehydrating, "pickling" and fermentation, using nuts, sea veggies, and raw fruits and vegetables.
Some of my favorites include raw sprouted bean spreads and salads, raw pie crusts and fillings, seed cheeses, dehydrated veggies, sun-burgers, snacks, desserts, and much more.
