Craig L. Lamiman offers clients twenty-five years of global business experience with Consumer Products, Aerospace, Technology, Automotive Supply, Energy and entrepreneurial companies in e-commerce and learning systems. Mr. Lamiman has extensive background in strategic planning, global acquisitions, IPO’s, mergers and divestitures; managing global and domestic labor negotiations and establishing start-up operations.
Mr. Lamiman has extensive search and recruiting expertise at Fortune 50 corporations as well as small companies. He specializes in leadership development, business transformation and providing solutions for sustainable change within complex organizations. He has personally negotiated over 50 collective bargaining agreements with most major unions and owns a Labor Relations consulting company specializing in Union-Free workforce solutions.
He has participated in over thirty-three acquisitions and divestitures worldwide and negotiated over fifty union contracts. He has extensive labor and employee relations experience in local, national and international operations. He managed the Human Resource function for the global company owned bottling operations at PepsiCo Inc. And was the chief labor negotiator for Pepsi USA, Director of Industrial Relations at United Technologies and lead adviser in international contract negotiations.

Mr. Lamiman has extensive board, executive search, compensation/benefit design experience and is a contributing author of The 401(K) Handbook, Prentice Hall 1996, detailing his pension and 401(K) design expertise as VP, Human Resources at Dura Automotive Systems, Inc. He led the human capital initiatives from the company’s formation; as a bankrupt $120M private company to a $2.5B public company with over 18,000 employees and global manufacturing operations in seventeen countries. He was a key advisor in the company’s successful IPO in 1996.
Mr. Lamiman was SVP, Human Resources at Penske Corporation, and Director of Labor Relations at United Technologies and was CEO of his own manufacturing company in Connecticut prior to relocating to Michigan. Prior to forming his own consulting practice he led the human capital function for the Non-Regulated energy companies of DTE Energy in Ann Arbor.
Mr. Lamiman is currently President of Labor Relations Solutions, LLC and Managing Director of Oak Hill Partners, a retained executive search firm. Mr. Lamiman consults with numerous e-learning, automotive, consumer, financial services, medical and manufacturing companies which employ his broad leadership experience to coach management teams in building future leaders and helping business to transform operations for improved productivity, sales and shareholder value.
