Have just began a new remodeling job which will include R&R of 700 sq ft of carpet, and install tile, this will include removal of existing tile in the kitchen, and installing new. Refinishing the counter tops, Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, this is a sprayed application using a HVLP and is a 2-1 mixture, product is from Diversified Coatings, out of Ohio. great for color changes and getting rid of out dated, with out replacing counter tops. Installed new gas stove and dryer and plumbed for the gas and eleminated the electrical, pulled it to the down stairs and installed the old electric range for extra use if needed. Installed ceiling fans through out and installed dimmer switches for fan and light control. Installing upper and lower french sliding doors, one in the kitchen area, the other down in their office area. Ran new phone lines and cable to all rooms. There is still work to be added, client is saying they have about a year of improvements they would like done. I take two day's a week to do my service calls unless it is an emergency and to do my estimates. I have been in this trade over 30 years including the family business, and school is never out, I also learn every day and love doing what I do. I am very lucky, and have only moved my business to Prescott last September, and through word of mouth the jobs keep coming, this will be my 10th remodel since then. I would very much like to share what so many have taught and shared with me.
