•Supervised the design and implementation of an asset management software system through three generations; now using Palm technology and an internet-based data gathering system.
•Supervised a team of biomedical professionals to author a JCAHO compliance manual with inserts for other regulatory agencies such as the FDA, NFPA and state Departments of Health.
•Wrote and implemented a Corporate-level HIPAA Compliance manual for field managers and technicians.
•Wrote and implemented a site-specific Policy and Procedure manual with corporate oversight.
•Instituted a customer satisfaction measurement process with initial scores in the mid seventy percent range and culminating in scores in the high ninety percent range.
•Developed a Corporate-wide Quality Audit Process using the Philip Crosby model.
