I've had a lifelong passion for visual art. During college, I worked in the gallery doing preperatorial work, modeling, and serving at receptions. I interned at a downtown art gallery and frame shop, and there I began to learn the tools of the trade from which I earn my living today. While art and framing are often viewed as elitist pastimes, I assure you, that on a shoe-string artist budget, you can still get original art and framing supplies for much less than the cost a gallery will charge. I can instruct in painting techniques that can be used either right on the wall, or on a more traditional surface. I can recommend what materials to use, prepping, and finishing off your home-made art.
