I am a certified home inspector. I also ama successful investor as well and have substantial knowledge other Real Estate matters.
I ahve a 10+ year background, training and certifications in the construction/building industries. From an inspection standpoint, I have extensive traing for all types of inspections and environmental inspections such as water analysis, septic systems, wells, etc. I deal with inspections on homes that are funded through FHA, Rural Housing, etc and am certified through HUD for FHA 203(k) consulting. As an investor I have had to deal with everything from how a deal is structured, contingencies,applying for rental permits, etc...
