As a compliance officer I was responsible for investigating and resolving over customer complaints filed against the firm and employees. During this time I successfully handled, responded to and resolved over 600 complaints. Was FINRA Series 26 registered (general securities principal in order to manage or supervise the investment banking or securities business for corporate securities, direct participation programs, and investment company products/variable annuities) and Series 7 (stock broker).
