While running things around the house I also run the Dining Services for a large monastery of Catholic Sisters. I do all of the menu planning, food ordering and receiving and all of the cooking of course. In the midst of all of this I also bring my two boys with me (ages two and five). Also I do personnal catering for a select few. Any other hobbies? I am an avid gardener, always on a diet and am a pretty handy home decorator. If you have a question chances are I know the answer.
