Then look at your business processes, do you reflect these online, will the client online receive the same level of great service you provide to bricks clients?
Which is the right thing to do, each business is unique and wants to attract a certain type of client, not just any. How do you track the activity, can evaluating this activity adn adjusting your approach make you more profit? Do you test and measure web promotions? DId you know that by changing your page coding you can increase the number of clicks through adwords, improve your site positions in organic search resluts and cut the cost of a click all at the same time. If I could tell you how to cut the cost of a click in half, and you do a thousand adword clicks a month how much would that be worth to your business. Ask and I shall tell.
