He continues to train, present and speak on the topics of power, persuasion and human excellence.

His research has resulted in the development of 2 companies a public training group NLP training & Coaching and a consulting group Sceptre ‘Australia’s first influence consultancy’. After founding Sceptre his first work was “Un-insultability” a resilience training and then he created a unique persuasion non-psychometric test known as “pQ” (persuasion quotient). And his latest research points to the power of high achievers in society using an alter-ego as a way of accelerating success.
