I have an associate degree in Computer Information Systems. I have many years experience building and upgrading PCs. I can help you install RAM, a new CPU, Video cards, Sound cards, Fans and heat sinks. If you need to upgrade or replace anything inside your PC I can walk you through the steps. I can also help you with software upgrades such as Windows updates, updating your virus software, or just installing new software that you may be having trouble with. If you need help setting up your home networking or upgrading and components such as routers or NIC cards I can assist you with that as well.

I have 8 years of experience in building, troubleshooting, and upgrading computers. I have installed many operating systems including many versions of windows and many distributions of linux. Windows troubleshooting and admin for windows XP, Vista, and 7. Some experience with windows server and active directory. Some experience with Cisco IOS. Hardware installation, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Very knowledgeable of the linux operating system including installation and desktop admin. Some knowledge of apache web server. VSFTPD FTP server. I have also built and set up many home theater PCs. Home networking including wireless networking and security.
