My background includes active, daily health and wellness consultation and fitness training. I have been certified as a herbal and sports practitioner by the leading manufacturers for the past 10 years. I currently work at a leading vitamin retailer as a training manager.
My formal classroom training includes: Manufacturer training with names like Barleans, Carlson, Garden of Life, New Chapter, Derma E, Roex, Solgar, Soloray, Natural Factors, Optimum Nutition, USP Labs, TwinLab and Nutritional Theraputics. 1) Probiotics and Immune Functions
especially the use of different strains of "friendly" bacteria to help various conditions like Candisis, Flu & Colds and digestive issues.
2) Herbal Remedies, including standardized herbs from Soloray, Solgar and Enzamatic Therapy. These remedies include Detox, Digestive Problems & Energy Issues,
3) Diet and Nutrition, including the best way to "naturally" balance weight-loss with a healthy diet and supplementation.
