My Expert Service

“Extramarital affairs, sexual addiction, communication, distrust, estrangement, and loneliness with couples or individuals, can wreak havoc in your life regardless of the circumstances....What is happening to your world? Is this your first time seeking help? I can help you feel comforted and at ease with the process. Counseling can help problems be more manageable. My goal is to create an atmosphere of safety and acceptance that fosters healing and personal growth. I see therapy as a collaborative process in which we work together as a team. I specialize in communications and conflict resolution in all relationships. My work includes an understanding and strategy in dealing with resentment, anger and grief related issues. I assist my clients in gaining insight and jointly developing a plan. Through this process we find answers that help lead you with greater clarity. Learning how to truly listen and respond to yourself is empowering. It is the way of living a fuller life that enables you in having more meaningful and intimate relationships. An important concept in my practice is that of life balance: the harmonious balance of health, relationships, creative expression, spirituality, work, education, and recreation. I have the perspective and dedication that is necessary for a healthy and successful therapeutic relationship".
