Natal Astrology
Natal astrology is the study of a birth horoscope. The
birth chart reveals the potentials, both good and bad, that you are born with.
The study of the birth chart can illuminate such questions as “Why do I have
problems with relationships?” or “Why do I have such problems in my career?”
The natal chart can help you understand yourself better and will reveal ways to
cope with any problems you have.
In addition to the above, the study of transits to the
natal chart can reliably predict what is coming up in your life or how a current
problem will end.
To cast a birth chart I need three pieces of
information:
1. Birth date
2. Birth Time (to the minute if
possible)
3. Birth Place
Most people think of natal astrology as what you see in
the newspaper columns. This is far from the truth. Newspaper astrology
predictions are very general. They are “forecasts” for only twelve groups of
people, i.e. Aries, Taurus,…. Pisces. A true natal chart will be specific to you
and no one else. Although there will be many people born on a specific birth
date, only you will have been born at the exact minute and the exact place where
you were born. That is why I need the extra information! It allows me to make
astrology specific to you and no one else!
Horary Astrology
Horary Astrology is a method that can be used when the
birth time is unknown. It is a method of answering questions. A horoscope is
cast for the time the question is first asked and the patterns of the chart are
used to find the answer. Horary charts are useful for questions such as “Will I
get the job I applied for?” or “Will my current partner and I stay together or separate?”
