I have many years of experience in many fields of credit and debt collections. There are may different laws in different states and types of collections. I will be able to give detailed advise on how to handle the difficult calls from creditors. If you are overwhelmed with creditors calling you I can assist you in handling those calls and asking the right questions for them to work with you. Many companies have policies in place if the customer falls behind but keep those quiet. I have worked for one of the largets loan servicing companies, commercial collection companies and one of the worlds largest banks in the credi card division.
