I hold an MBA from BYU (1998) with an emphasis in Marketing, and an MA in Clinical Psychology from UNLV (1993). My work history for the past fifteen years has focused on written communication, drawing upon my background and education in both business and psychology. As the Manager of Corporate Communications for SkyWest Airlines, I was responsible for expressing executive management's thoughts and desires to thousands of employees, tens of thousands of shareholders, and hundreds of thousands of passengers. As the publisher of Nevada Family Magazine, La Familia de Nevada, and Family Travel Magazine, I oversaw the writing, editing, layout, printing, and distribution of millions of copies of the publications. As an author, I've written and had published several works of historical fiction, as well as a self-help book. Most important to you, however, are the dozens of small-cap (under $1 billion) public and private companies for which I have drafted business plans. These plans have been included in private offering memorandums (PPMs) used to raise equity funds, and they have been used extensively in SEC filings, such as 10KSB, 10K, 10QSB, 10Q, Super 8K, SB2, and S-1.
