I am an affordable housing expert with background in financing, developing, constructing and managing affordable rental housing. I have expert knowledge of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, Section 8, USDA Section 515, USDA Section 538 and many other Federal hosuing programs.

I have worked in almost all segments of the affordable rental housing industry.
I have developed over 25 affordable rental deals equalling more than $100 million using various Federal and state housing programs with an emphasis on the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and USDA Rural Development Section 515 and 538.
I also spent time in Washington at a Federal housing agency managing a Federal Housing program. In that role I developed Federal housing policy, worked with Congressional staff to streamline programs and managed underwriting for deals in every state in the country.
