CMMS (Computerized Maintenance and Management System), Consulting, Project Management, Training based on CWorks CMMS which includes: 1. Master data collection example: equipment, employee, spare parts & consumables and location / line details 2. Developing a coding structure for the equipment, location / production line and inventory data. 3. Developing and generating equipment hierarchies (asset trees) within a location or production line. 4. Reviewing and developing maintenance and inventory work processes. 5. Formalizing work processes and customizing the software product to meet client specific requirements. 6. Developing and formalizing a planned preventive maintenance and inspection programs. 7. Analysis of the clients reporting requirement in terms of operational reporting and analytical reporting (example, Equipment Downtime, MTBF, MTTR etc.) 8. Implementation of a preventive maintenance / inspection tasks equipment failure feedback system for analysis of task frequencies against failure occurrences of equipment in order to optimize the preventive / inspection task frequencies. 9. User training and hands on using CWorks CMMS systems. 10. Development of a type coding system and standardized terminology for the asset register.
