I work with you on challenges in your marriage to help you get through the challenges that married couples face. I have counseled individuals, couples and families. These issues range from simple relationship problems to more complicated issues such as depression and abusive relationships. Based on my years of training and experience I find that giving you a practical no-nonsense point of view is the best and quickest way to get through struggles in life that affect your mental health. Once this point of view is given, we will work on tools that will be useful in putting that point of view into practice.

I have been trained as a Marriage & Family therapist. As such I have worked with couples and individuals of all sorts facing numerous challenges. These challenges include: depression, abusive relationships,parenting,addiction etc... I also work with families and teens. As a Christian I often bring biblical perspectives into the counseling room that give a spiritual perspective to the struggles you face.
