I have bought and managed millions in real estate before I was 28 years old. I went from waiting tables in college to owning millions in real estate in only three years, starting with no money and poor credit. I have owned and operated 9 different businesses, none more exciting than the one I'm building now! I have personally raised an investor pool with over $100,000,000.00 in it, for the sole purpose of helping people who are losing their homes, or those who don't have a home but want to get into one, but they can't get a bank loan. I have logged thousands of hours of course material and books in all subjects pertaining to real estate, mortgages, note brokering, foreclosures, short sales, tax liens, credit repair, mortgage reduction, loan modifications, business law, tax law and asset protection.
