• If you have specific questions or concerns already in mind, you can email them to me first and we can set up a time to chat. That will give me a head start on getting the information for you.
  
• I have done a lot of work with people strictly through email in my private practice. I have found that often gives us both time to collect our thoughts and say everything that needs to be said at the moment, and I can come up with effective exercises or experiential activities for you.
  
• Email counseling requires the same amount of time on both of our parts as face-to-face, so be prepared to write a lot if you choose that option.
  
• Many other services such as fitness programming, nutritional advice and simple consultations about health, wellness, fitness, nutrition or mental illness can also be handled more cost-effectively through email.
