I was a mother by the age of 12 and a grandmother by the age of 30. I have a lot of information & advice to offer young mothers and grandparents, as well. I can help inspire and motivate those who have been victimized (rape, molestation, etc.) in some way. I can be a mentor & inspiration since I have conquered many storms. I have a yearning desire to offer hope in what seems to be a hopeless situation. I can give advice on how to develop and enhance various types of relationships (parenting, marriage, family, etc.). I can help to ease the burden of losing a loved one. I also help with surviving peer pressure, hate, and resentment as many teens experience this daily. Let me help you down life's journey. Let's work through this together.

I work with people almost on a daily basis who needs motivation and direction in their lives. They come to me (whether in the grocery store, by phone conversation, or at church) because they want someone who not only has a college degree (knowledge of sociology, psychology, and childhood development) but also has experience and has conquered many storms. I think what possibly qualifies me the most is the fact that I care for people and want to change lives for the better. I feel that my purpose for being on earth is to help that someone who is in need. I feel that there can be a rainbow in the midst of the storm. But, do not just take my word.
