Experience & Qualifications

I am a Certified Life Coach and organizational expert. I have the ability to help people get clear about where they are in their lives and where they want to be, using a highly effective set of coaching tools.
Prior to becoming a life coach, I spent a portion of my career as Director of Patient Relations for a hospital, creating relationships and understanding patients' needs to make their experience as comfortable as possible. With my gift for listening and connecting with patients and physicians, I was a guiding force in their time of need.
I began my career working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts as a Concierge. I also spent time working in marketing for a high-end bakery in the Los Angeles area.
I graduated from California State University Long Beach with a B.A. degree in Religious Studies.
After taking a career hiatus to focus on raising my young daughter, I returned to work as a Life Coach. I was personally trained and earned my certification from Dr. Martha Beck, Harvard-trained sociologist, best-selling author, columnist for O, the Oprah Magazine, and life coach for the Oprah Winfrey Show.
I live in Southern California with her husband, daughter and charming dog, Buddha.
