I offer a choice or a combination of two types of services:
1. An assessment of your personality: an in-depth look at your personal make-up, your inner drives, your defense mechanisms, your worldview, your limiting beliefs. Followed by work on your areas of development: tips, homework, exercises, to help you change from within by developing self-awareness and self-guidance.
2. A conversation about your dreams, your vision, your goals, and ways to implement them by:
a. Discovering your true self (establishing your true values - discovering your essence - designing your futur). b. Decluttering your life (getting rid of the past - removing old habits - incorporating positive new habits - putting yourself first). c. Strategizing (designing your vision - defining your goals - making a plan). d. Acting! (one habit at a time - becoming accountable - receiving my support, aknowledgment, positive feedback - getting the truth - stretching yourself). e. Enjoying the life you were meant to live.
