If you have a poor view of yourself this can be influenced by the environmnet, by others opinions and your own expectations. This results in feelings of low self worth. If you struggle with feeling bad about yourself, have difficulty sleeping, poor relationships and feel like you would rather be alone, this is symptoms of a poor self esteem. Other issues such as addictions, family stress, relationships problems and depression or grief can make your view of self... worse. There are solutions that will help you return to the person you use to be or help you become a more confident, self assured person.

Experience & Qualifications

My experience includes-Individual therapy for poor self esteem issues, perceptions issues, relationship difficulties, addictions and work stress.
We will use positive strategies in CBT and REBT therapy. I have 18 years experience in Behavior modification as a Behavior Specialist (CEC credits) & as an Addictions Therapist.
