I am an easy, approachable, personable, compassionate person, with a natural intuitive ability to connect with the deeper issues in others. Need healing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level? I can help with it all. I take a holistic, mind body spirit approach to healing. I have extensive knowledge in nutrition and counseling and life coaching as well, because of that, I will give you a more holistic approach, nurturing all parts of your being. I have self studied herbal remedies, as well as cleanses and fast.
With the combination of Reiki (distance energy healing) EFT (emotional freedom technique) along with diet, herbs, and cleanses, I truly believe you can heal anything. I can assist you in becoming healthy again, step by step or support you in assisting someone you know find the alternative healing method they need.
I offer distant healing session in Reiki, and will teach the methods of emotions freedom technique to help you free yourself of emotions such as fear and anxiety. I also offer attunements and training for those interested in learning Reiki for either their own healing or to help others heal. I have been practicing Reiki for over 6 years now, and have my usui master/teacher level. I WILL teach you what you need to heal yourself, I will empower you with knowledge and two different healing techniques so you can go and do these techniques to yourself and others- the conversations with me, will leave you with knowledge that you will have forever.

Experience & Qualifications

I have worked with people in many different areas of life. I have a degree in Psychology and Sociology, with a minor in Criminal Justice. For years I worked as a youth couselor and support person. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, an EFT practitioner, and an intuitive life coach. I have worked with addictions, taught anger management, life skills, job training, employabilty skills as well as self esteem workshops. I am extensive training in communication, and body centered psychotherapy.
I am a combination of education and training, along with spirituality and intuition. I blend my experience with my training for a complete package.
