I have trained/coached over a 8,000 people. I have worked with people here in the states as well as in Europe. I work with teenagers as well as adults. The areas include personal development and professional development. I know that people have the power to discover the answers themselves. My job as a coach is to ask the right questions that bring them forth! I love making a difference and empowering others.

My experience covers working with teenagers, college students, young adults in lock up, volunteers and professionals. I work with people to discover what are the barriers that have impacted them from moving ahead or taking themselves to the next level. I lead trainings both residential and nonresidential, both large group and one to one. I tell people up front that I don't have any anwsers they do! I have worked in Belgium, Bermuda, Holland, Sweden, Northern Ireland and the UK as well as many states here in the US.
