I am familiar with the Slumlord Law, versed in collection procedures, and with general Articles of Incorporation, C C & R's, By-Laws and Rules & Regulations.
My agreement to telecommute was the only pre-employment necessity I demanded. I feel that my time with my children is not a luxury, but relevant for them as well as myself.
