*Business plans;
*Major capital investment analyses (over $200 million price tags);
*Marketing plan assessment (over $5 billion sales, multi-million marketing budgets);
*Sales and purchase contracts analyses (over $200 million in revenue or cost), development of escalation clauses for inflation/deflation protection;
*Financial planning and reporting including operational and capital budgets, reporting and scorecard development and implementation, cost determination and product/service/customer profitability determination and reporting, cost/price/volume variance analyses;
*determination of demand/capacity balance, developing controls to plan production, workforce and inventory levels;
*Development and implementation of Human resources assessment, development and management tools, including skill and performance assessment, development programs and other management control tools;
*Extensive coaching in turnaround situations;
all with a view to to control business risks, enhance profits and return on investment.
