Workshops with ENZYMATIC THERAPY, Nutirition Dynamics, Gersen Institute studies, loomis Enzyme Foundation, Clayton College, Herbs etc workshops Daniel Gagnon, Susun Weed. Constantly reciveing up to date research studies in nutritional medicine by reputable companies dedicated to nutritional research. I have been a natural foods cook since 1975. Have done Deli prep, recipe development and can help the allergy ridden individual choose the right foods. I am well versed in the art of tofu, macrobiotic foods as well as proper juicing combinations for various conditions.
I have worked in the whole foods industry when it was only sold through co-ops in 1975 til present. I ran a food co-op with others and know the industry very well. I have gardened organically all the while and I grow all my own culinary herbs indoors and out. I am beginning my own mushroom business growing my own organic culinary and health building mushrooms!!
