Coaching is a partnership, a structured process that guides you through transition, transformation, and personal growth. The coaching format most often uses questions, exercises, and assessment tools to help us assess the areas of focus.
I offer several options for individual coaching and the cost depends upon the length and frequency of the coaching sessions.
Weekly phone sessions up to 4 per month, these sessions typically last between 30 and 45 minutes. Coaching by phone is remarkable effective. This setting facilitates direct, honest communication without distractions and in the comfort of your own space.
In person sessions up to 4 per month, these sessions typically last 45 minutes to an hour.
Unlimited email support for clients, you are welcome to communicate with me between calls or visits.
Individual training and support in specific areas, such as Stress Management and Relaxation techniques.

I am a leader who has followed her true purpose all the way home. I also knew that I needed to clarify the specifics of my calling. So, I began my business career in accounting and through eighteen years I have occupied four leadership positions, always embracing every opportunity that offered me the chance to help others achieve.
I have found that learning, and then being able to use that knowledge to empower others really gives me energy. I have a lot of experience in life, business, management, and human relations. I have been told that I lead with my heart as well as my head, my colleagues have always been very important to me through the years. I feel the real power of my experiences is in my awareness of myself and others, the worlds we live in, and my ambition to understand even more.
Through the years, unknowingly, I was sharpening the very talents and abilities that my true purpose would one day require of me, not just as a professional coach, but as an exceptional professional coach. After honing my natural talent of helping others succeed in a wide array of situations and settings and in my own life's lessons - the timing was right and so coaching was brought into my life.
I knew immediately that professional coaching was the exact place that I belonged. I am truly a person who has followed her path. I have been doing some amazing work in order to be with you as your professional coach. I now love my life and myself!
