Every year in this country, many people are victims of medical errors caused by delays in diagnosis, inadvertent pharmaceutical errors, and other mistakes which result in family catastrophe. For almost two decades, as both a volunteer and a business professional, I have worked with hundreds of men and women who ask, "How could this have happened to me?" Often they are shocked to learn that information contained in their medical records may have changed their outcome. I have found that most people often lack the appropriate tools or resources, and need an experienced advocate to help guide them.

Experience & Qualifications

For almost two decades, I have worked as a professional patient advocate representing men and women who were misdiagnosed or suffered injuries as a result of medical negligence. Additionally, I have written many articles and lectured nationally for non-profit organizations focused on breast cancer. I have participated on multiple task forces charged with recommending national policy related to development of a consumer-based personal health records and the importance of medical record management.
