I am a seasoned, accomplished, mission focused professional with varied and proven capabilities in planning, product development and marketing. My background includes a blend of skills and experiences, acquired over a diverse and successful career that ranged from the traditional to the entrepreneurial. In 1968 I assumed responsibility for the design, development and implementation of Merrill Lynch & Co's budgeting program. In 1977 I joined Smith Barney as VP assistant to the President, where my responsibilities included overview of the firms strategic planning process. In 1979 I founded Holiday Airlines Inc., a New Jersey based regional airline. In 1989 Holiday Airlines was recognized by the Business Journal of New Jersey as one of New Jersey's Top 50 fastest Growing Private Companies. In 1993 I founded DWB Associates, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and Business Development initiatives.
