Currently I work as a Alternative Dispute Resolution & Trade Practices Coordinator.
My duties include but are not limited to the following:
Assist the Director of ADR, Executive & Sales Teams.
Encourage parties to negotiate when involved in marketplace disputes.
Initiate mediation process via database for consumer to business disputes.
Review contracts, proposals, warranty agreements, and case evidence.
Determine case eligibility and offer mediation & arbitration services.
Schedule hearings, assign arbitrators, and facilitate hearings.
Review arbitrator decisions, ensure arbitrators & mediators are paid.
Manage database case files and develop business reports.
Provide business reports and case files per request of Federal Trade Commission, Office of the Attorney General, & The State Department of Justice.
