I've provided expert and confidential management of the valuation, finance, purchase, and sale of Florida businesses since 1989. I've invested in and managed several small businesses over the last thirty years and currently serve as Director of Collins & Collins Investments in Miami. I'm a member of the Florida Bar's unlicensed practice of law committee, a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, have rendered fairness opinions for litigation support, served as chair of technology committees for the Commercial Realtor Association and the Florida Business Brokers Association. I'm a former TEC member and SCORE Counselor. The Florida Association of Realtors and Florida Commercial Magazine have published my articles. I'm a Certified Business Intermediary who teaches continuing professional education to Certified Public Accountants in South Florida.

I've assisted in the origination of millions of dollars of debt for business Buyers and business Owners, and have valued businesses with enterprise values ranging from a few hundred thousand to ten million dollars.
