I have travelled to U.K., European countries, U.S.A., India, Middle East and various other countries in the years 1960, 1964, 1975, 1985 for higher training, including visits to various cement plants and allied industries, besides attending seminars and related courses.
I had the privilege of wokring at:

I was also nominated as a delegate to the 1st International Conference "Deterioation and Repair of Reinforced Concrete" in the Arabian gulf held in Bahrain in 1985.
During the course of my Ph.D, I wrote a thesis on "The Role of Special Cements in Middle East".
I am also the author of the following three books:
Handbook for Cement Engineers; Portland Cements, Production, Properties and Applications; and Handbook for Engineers.
