Manage a group of 5 Programmer/Analyst. In charge of conversion from an IBM OS/390, COBOL, DB2, SQL, IMS environment to visual COBOL and C++ server environment replacing business application including sales internet application, customized payroll, tax, billing, inventory and customer track and calling systems.

SR. Systems Analyst/ Software Developer (Contract Position)
I was in charge of the payroll system for the school district. The system is a conversion from an OS/390 COBOL, CICS, SQL to a Windows NT Server utilizing Fujitsu COBOL, Windows NT Operating System, Script and Data Base under direction, plan, design, program and install complex data processing system in the administrative payroll support areas utilizing, both, client/server and web environments. This project helped also the sales of CSC to accommodate our client conversion process. The task included training of the new system for the client/server, COBOL for the client server, script, C++, and conversion technical expertise from the OS/390 and the AS/400 systems to the client/server.

Computer Scientist (Permanent Position)
This position was created to support the sales department to represent CSC in the technical aspect to provide the client with this face of the information needed as practically one of the most important blocks to close a deal and in many cases my job was to be there to satisfy any gaps that if not available in time may very well jeopardize the client/CSC final talks to close a deal. This also involved the developed solutions to difficult problems for the client as well as new tools and installed in the new tools and installed in the new mainframe system Z/OS, OS/390. I provided documentation for completed work and team leadership for five other programmers. (COBOL II, ASSEMBLER, SAS, SCRIPT, JAVA, JCL, JESS I, II, IMS, DB2, SQL, TAO, CLIST,ISPF (Both sides, client and analyst/programming staff), PeopleSoft, DOS, C++, XPEDITER for debugging and other as needed and requested by the client after recommendations depending on need, IBM Web Sphere Architecture and Design for Z/OS and OS/390.

I managed the productive effort of 15 Senior Programmer/Analyst’s team, provided program support, development and installation of various systems using COBOL, C++, CICS, DB2 and IMS. I used the SPF editor and ISPF interactive Manager System and XPEDITER used for debugging. In addition, one of the must important rolls of this position was to help the sales department of the company to outsource creating new business for the company. My job was to satisfy the client in all the different requirements that needed technical answers and to satisfy the client replies and recommendation for their needs. Since this Job initiated in Paris, France, all documentation was done in French and then it served as satellite for the Xerox project in London, UK.
