· At present working in, All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (A.I.I.M.S.) NEW DELHI leading all types of orthopedic surgeries including trauma, knee and shoulder arthroscopy, hip and knee arthroplasty, spine surgery, tumour, hand surgery and deformity correction by illizarov’s.
· Trauma: Learned recent techniques in all types of trauma surgeries including acetabulum, intraarticular fractures and management of open lower limb trauma with illizarov’s fixator.
· Knee and shoulder arthroscopy: Attended various conferences including workshops focusing on shoulder and knee arthroscopy.
· Hip and knee arthroplasty: Learned about basic and advanced techniques in primary and revision surgeries. Also had great experience in patient interaction/counseling, negotiating and consultation skills for the quality patient management.
· Spine surgery: Worked as a clinical research associate in spinal surgery in department of Orthopedics All India Institute Of Medical Sciences New Delhi from April’05-Nov’05 and got actively involved in pre and postoperative management of patients. Worked as a team in thoracic & lumbar anterior & posterior spinal surgeries including Pott’s spine (ALD, Anterior reconstruction), traumatic paraplegia fixation (Anterior & posterior), spondylolisthesis (Decompression & interbody fusion) and scoliosis correctio

· As a senior resident performed all types of trauma surgeries during emergency duties. Conducted teaching for undergraduates and postgraduates.
· Had good exposure and experience of Spinal surgery as a clinical research associate and conducted teaching programme for undergraduates and postgraduates.
· Highly motivated to deliver the performance on time with the blend of extensive work experience and knowledge gained through academics.
· Good understanding of knee and hip arthroplasty, knee and shoulder arthroscopy.
· Also got hands on experience in conducting specialized surgeries including spine surgeries and joint replacement
