I have 8 years of clinical pharmacist experiene working in hospital for acute care and ambulatory care. I have worked with patients monitoring their short term medications and more important monitoring their long term therapies for chronic conditions, such as diabetes, blood pressure, asthma, pain, psychiatry (including depression), anticoagulants, anti-hyperlipidimic. Currently I specialize as a long term care consultant pharmacist working with elderly population.
