6. Short term training courses in educational planning, management and quality assurance etc.
(1) As Vice Chancellor I supervised the introduction of Semester system at Bachelors (4-year honors degree program, Masters and Doctoral programs.
(ii) I supervised curriculum development of more than 30 disciplines which were successfully introduced in the new university.
(iii) I introduced innovative programs in the university for personal and academic growth of the faculty and students of the university.
(iv) As Principal, I introduced innovative strategies for producing reflective teachers for school system of the country.
I have been convener/member of a number of academic bodies in Pakistan and in the U.K.
