I am Licensed in the State of California, from APA accredited University (Alliant International University) with a PSY D. I have over 12 years experience providing Individual, group, and family counseling in a variety of areas. I am very experienced working with Individuals from cultures all over the world. I am also experienced providing crisis intervention and working with women and women's issues. I am Currently working at a State Mental Hospital, which has a large forensic component, in addition to providing Online General Counseling for IslamOnline.net weekly, and managing a small private practice. I am an author in the mental health and psycho-spiritual fields and I have several published articles. I continue to write regularly for IslamOnline.net (IOL).
